Clubs at Einstein's Workshop are an opportunity for children to dig in and learn more about their favorite stem tools and topics. Clubs have structure and curriculum but also offer the students an opportunity to have input into the flow and projects of the club. Clubs will focus on one of our 4 STEAM categories:
Clubs at Einstein's Workshop are an immersive approach to STEAM learning. Students will spend 12 weeks (or 6 weeks in spring session) diving into a certain software/tool or topic. While our instructors introduce more advanced content, our clubs are mostly for our instructors to spend more 1on1 time helping with student-driven project. In this way, we can help teach them advanced content that related directly to their desired creative endeavor. Furthermore, as opposed to a class, students spend more time with each other and instructors, creating an environment where students can collaborate, share ideas, and instructors can spend more time getting to know the students, their interests, and how they can be challenged. In this way, students can get significant value from staying in a club for multiple sessions.
